  2. IIMI Placement Office collects the bio-data of interested participants and mails them to organisations. This process is expected to take 2-3 weeks from the date of announcement of jobs at IIMI
  3. Organisations select participants based on one of the following procedures:
    • Organisations visit IIMI Campus and select participants. Such visits will have to be scheduled preferably on Sundays, as participants are occupied with their regular programme during Monday through Saturday. Organisations are requested to suggest the dates for their visit to the campus for recruiting summer trainees. If there are large number of requests for a particular day, we may not be able to accommodate all the requests. Under such a case participants will allot slots for companies.
    • Or, Organisations select participants based on the bio-data sent to them.

Each participant will be allowed one offer plus one opportunity to appear for selection in his/her 'dream' company. if the candidate gets an offer and accepts it, he/she will not be allowed to appear for any subsequent interviews. if the candidate gets an offer, but would like to be considered for selection in his/her 'dream' company which is scheduled subsequently, he/she will be allowed to do so, provided interviews are held on the same day. if the candidate makes it to the dream company heishe will have to accept the offer from the dream company and reject the first offer, if the candidate does not get selected for the dream company, he/she has to accept the first offer.
