Prof. Pradyumana W. Khokle is a faculty of Organisational Behaviour. He has studied organisational transformations, and factors influencing commitment of key individuals during organisational transformations. He has also worked in industry for several years in different line and staff functions, ranging from production, HRD, to R&D. His research interests are in management of change in organisations, leadership, and institution building. He has published papers and articles in academic journals and has taught courses onorganisational behaviour, management of change, and research methodology.
